We are looking for a strategically led creative all-rounder to help maintain and grow our exciting portfolio of national and international clients. Although the role will be supporting the Creative Director, you will have the opportunity to lead and grow your own client base and be responsible for team building and development of mid-weights and juniors. You will also be a key player in developing agency culture, adding to the already strong Southpaw unity and positively influencing our ways of working/playing. You will also have a strong influence on and be contributing to Southpaw agency marketing and external PR.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: High levels of creative ideation and execution across ATL/TTL advertising, branded content and social/digital media platforms. Experience of brand building from strategy to execution. A love of creative storytelling through art and copy, and a passionate knowledge of social/digital media platforms. The ability to create compelling creative presentations that explain your ideas in a clear and exciting way and the confidence to present work to clients and colleagues. Experience of leading teams and getting the best creative product out of them. Experience of working at established creative agencies and your influence on their success both financially and culturally.
Ideal but not essential: At least 10 years’ experience at established creative agencies. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
