So over to you, we are looking for a Senior Content Executive to join our Brand & Content Strategy Team.  Someone who can confidently and clearly lead our clients across a variety of key Global and European accounts. We want someone who can bring fresh creative thinking combined with sound and up to date knowledge of what makes great content, in social media and in the wider digital space.

You’ll be charged with planning content campaigns and briefing our creative teams to deliver the best concepts possible. You will also be responsible for paid media planning, content publishing, and daily community management. You’ll work closely alongside the wider Content team and Client Services teams to ensure the smooth running of the business and the accounts you work on.

You need be curious and collaborative, with a positive and energetic approach to work. You’ll also need the following skillset outlined below:

Key Duties and Responsibilities for the Senior Content Executive Role:-

Content Planning

  • Plan and execute content campaigns across paid, owned and earned platforms, driven by insights and brand objectives
  • Competent to intermediate level content ideation
  • Briefing creatives and working to deliver originality in social
  • Content calendar creation and management
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to adopt brand tone of voice
  • Planning and helping run/assist on shoots
  • Working on global content toolkits for local markets

Community Management & Channel Expertise

  • Expert handling of day to day social media output, channel strategy and community management
  • Solid relationships with social platforms and application of best practice knowledge, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest
  • Keeping up to date with technological advances and social channel updates to elevate content campaigns to the next level

 

Paid Media Planning and Execution and Reporting

  • Paid media strategy
  • Application of media investment and setting up social ads
  • Monitoring paid campaign performance, including setting and delivering against KPIs

Reporting

  • Reporting and data analysis across paid and organic content; using social listening tools to develop strategic insights and guide future content campaigns
  • Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social and wider digital spaces, applying learnings and spotting opportunities to differentiate our client campaigns

Account Management

  • Working with client and internal teams to manage approval process
  • Presenting to clients across all aspects of the social accounts and wider digital areas
  • Keeping calm when managing stress and pressure
  • Demonstrating consistency in your work and maintaining a good attitude
  • Providing client counsel and being able to manage tricky conversations
